PTFE(Teflon) open mesh conveyor belt is made of suspended polytetrafluoroethylene(commonly known as plastic king Dupont Teflon) emulsion as raw material, impregnated with high-performance glass fiber mesh. It is a new high-performance, multi-purpose composite material product.

High and Low Temperature Resistance
PTFE coated belts have the characteristics of weather resistance and anti-aging for low temperatures of -196°C and high up to 30°C. It has been tested and placed at a high temperature of 250°C for 200 days, the strength hasn't become lower, and the weight hasn't decreased. When placed at a temperature of 350°C for 120 hours, the weight is only reduced by about 0.6g, and its softness remains the same at an ultra-low temperature of -180°C. |

Corrosion Resistance
It is not easy to stick, and almost all substances such as paste, resin, and paint can be easily removed. Resistant to chemical corrosion, strong acids, alkali, and all organic solvents. |
