The following three conveyor belts are currently available:

1). A seamless bonded conveyor belt is a bonded belt without any joints. It is made of woven fiberglass or Kevlar coated with PTFE resin. The seamless conveyor belt has a smooth surface, good antistatic effect (black version), and long service life . It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional adhesive tapes with joints.

2). Seam-bonded conveyor belt refers to a joint-bonded belt. It is the most common fusing belt due to its lower cost. Three standard methods are provided as follows:

Overlap Belt Joint: The Overlap Joint is a simple and easy joint used when flat surfaces are unnecessary. This is the most popular seam because it is robust, cheap, and easy to produce. The downside of an overlapping seam is that it could be smoother , and in some applications, it may mark the material being fused. Also, since the lap seam is more than twice as thick as the rest of the belt, it is slightly stiffer, suffers from early flex fatigue, and often breaks.

Scarfed Belt Joint: A Scarfed Belt Joint is similar to overlap but provides a smooth transition for the product to run, with no edges for the product to grip. These are the softest, most robust, most flexible seams available today. It is similar to the 30mm overlap seam but smoother and more flexible. Not nearly double the thickness because the mating surfaces are carefully ground to a taper and firmly welded.

Angled Belt Joint: This seam is cut slightly to help the belt roll easily over the fuser rollers, reducing bending fatigue. The overlap angle can be changed so that the splice does not go over the conveyor pulley in a line. 45° and 70° are popular.

3). A laminated fuse conveyor belt is a two-layer or double-layer belt. The inner layer of our conveyor belt is made of anti-static paint fabric, and the outer layer is made of tear-resistant fiberglass fabric. The strength of the second-layer belt is greatly improved, the service life is long, the thickness is uniform, the anti-deflection performance is good, and the surface is smooth, which is more suitable for ultra-thin fabric bonding.

- Fabric Features -

	Non-stick and Waterproof    The PTFE coating does not adhere to any substance, which is easy to clean and peel, has a low friction coefficient, and is not affected by temperature.
	High and Low-temperature Resistance    The PTFE conveyor belt is non-flammable and can work continuously in the temperature environment of -200°C~+260°C, above 200°C, and the elongation is less than 5%.
	Chemical Resistance    PTFE seamless conveyor belts have excellent chemical resistance and do not react with most chemicals and solvents.
	High Strength    Higher glass fiber density brings higher fabric strength, and the final tensile strength of the finished product can reach 8227 N/5cm.
	Highly Customized    A variety of splice and edge designs are available. We will provide different solutions and stock as per your requirements.
