Ultra-Low Dielectric Glass Fiber for High-Frequency Composite Applications
Heaterk fabric is woven from continuous filament e glass fiberglass yarns defined by ASTM D578 Type E, a glass fiber made from borosilicate with less than 1% alkali oxides. It delivers excellent mechanical properties, chemical resistant performance, and high temperature durability up to 550°C.
Compatible with epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester, and phenolic resin systems, E-glass fiberglass fabric serves as a standard reinforcement in a broad range of composite materials applications.
Fabrics are available in:
Plain weave (1x1): tight and stable
Twill weave (2x2): better drape and surface finish
8-harness satin: smooth surface, ideal for molding
Application by Style:
7628 (~200 g/m²): PCB base layers, electrical liners
7781 (~300 g/m²): Aerospace skins and curved structures
3732 (~430 g/m²): Welding curtains, thermal insulating fire barriers
With tensile strength of 3200–3600 MPa and modulus around 76 GPa, this glass fiber fabric provides consistent performance for non-primary structural components where cost-efficiency, thermal insulating ability, and resin compatibility matter.
E glass fiberglass fabric is trusted across sectors requiring reliable reinforcement, thermal insulating capability, and chemical resistant performance at a competitive cost.
